To Manage Your account, follow the directions below. Once an account is created, you will be able to update your address, credit card information, etc.

If you have created an account, you would used your email and whatever password you created. If you forgot your password, then you reset it.

If you are getting a message that you do not have an account, then proceed to the next step.

If you did not yet create an account, then go ahead & create one now. 

First create the account, then look for a confirmation email to complete. (Make sure to check your SPAM folder). Once your account is activated you can manage all aspects of your account.

After you have activated, email us so that we can assign the course. We will need the following information (Check you SPAM folder for an activation email after you create the account):

• Name & email account is created under & course name.

• Purchaser name/or email. (If a gift, the name and/or email of the sender.)

We love to get feedback. Any review, good & helpful, always help. After your purchase you will receive emails asking your thoughts on our service and product. Pleae take a moment if you would to send back. Otherwise you can write a review directly on our site or visit here.

Currently all I Create Art Box are not subscriptions, meaning they are a one time purchase. You are not committed to any future boxes and can purchase at any time. (With our recent update, past subscribers may still be on auto renew. If so, you would have to pause or cancel. Contact us with any questions.)

The following are like other subscription boxes, but without an auto renewal.

The Christian Art & Creative Art are monthly boxes. You will receive a box with 2 projects on the 15th of every month. Order prior to the 15th for the current month. Purchases after 15th will receive the following month's box.

The Curriculum Series have 3, 6 and 12 month options. This type of art box is more of a weekly scheduled art class.

In most cases, no. If your children are within the same age group, you can just order additional materials and they can share lessons. Order additional materials when you purchase your art box. You can choose up to 3 additional material packs. For more than 3, contact us. Of course, if children are of different ages where they cannot share lessons, then you would need to order an art box for each.

All I Create Art Boxes include easy to read written instructions for projects, quality materials, educational resources and instructional videos. (Digital courses only receive instructional videos)

View a sample Lesson Plan here. Although they vary by project and box, this will give you an idea of what will be included in your art box.

If your school, after-school program, homeschool group, church/non profit organization or Summer Camp needs a large quantity of art kits, I Create Art has a special program just for you. With bulk purchasing, discounts will vary depending on the need of your program. Submit your information from our  Educator Page and we will get back to you with 1-2 business days

If your school or Charter has vendor purchasing available, then let them know you want to add I Create Art to their program. Our art kits are available in many Charter schools throughout the county, so make sure we are available to you.

Yes! Although just about all our art boxes are perfect for homeschoolers, we highly recommend The Homeschool Art Box Series and the Curriculum Subscription. Both are perfect for fulfilling a school year art program for you.

Yes. You can view them here. Keep in mind when you purchase a box or subscription, you gain access to more in depth instructional videos. At no extra charge!

All boxes, with the exception of Christian Art and Creative Art subscriptions, ship within 1-2 business days. (Christian Art & Creative Art ship the 15th of each month.) If you order before 1 pm EST, in most cases will ship the same day.

We offer free standard shipping on all purchases over $20. Our preferred carriers are UPS & USPS. You can choose expedited service if you need something quickly. Those options will appear during the checkout process and are priced accordingly. Read here for more details on faster delivery options.

We accept Canadian orders, however you are required to pay shipping and any other fees. During checkout choose Canada as your country option, and complete the address Information. Applicable shipping rates will appear and chose your options. For overseas order, please contact us. Currently we do not have pricing set up in checkout, but if you provide us with your information we can get you a quote.
